Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available everywhere we deliver in Pakistan. You pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders of Rs 1,999 or more. Below that, delivery is Rs 200.
How long does delivery take?
3–5 working days. Remote areas, sale periods and public holidays can add a day or two.
How will my order be confirmed?
We'll message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Please enter a WhatsApp number you actually use; if we can't reach you, we'll try calling once.
How can I track my order?
Once your parcel is dispatched, we'll send you the tracking details on WhatsApp.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, any time before it's dispatched. Just reply to our confirmation message or WhatsApp us. Once the parcel has been shipped, changes may not be possible.
Can I exchange my bag?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. If it's faulty or not what you ordered, we cover delivery both ways. For change-of-mind exchanges, you pay the delivery cost. We don't offer cash refunds.
What if my bag arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or unboxing video. We'll exchange it at our cost.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
This depends on the courier service for your area. WhatsApp us before ordering and we'll tell you what's possible for your city.
Will the colour look the same as the pictures?
Our photos are of the actual bags, but screens and lighting can make shades look slightly different. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us and we'll send you more photos.
What are the bags made of?
Each product page lists the exact material. Most of our bags are made from faux (synthetic) leather or suede.
How do I take care of my bag?
Keep it away from water, direct sunlight, perfume and harsh chemicals, avoid overfilling it, and store it in a cool, dry place. See our Bag Care page for more.
